1. Scope
Cookies are small text files stored by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, which lets a site retain a preference in your browser. This policy covers the public ScriptureHub website; mobile-app storage is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Storage currently used
The website currently uses one first-party local-storage item:

The website does not currently set advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioural-profiling cookies. Support search runs in the browser and is not stored as an analytics event by ScriptureHub.
3. Legal basis and consent
Storage strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a feature you explicitly request may be used without prior consent. Non-essential analytics, advertising, or personalisation storage will not be activated unless and until a valid legal basis and any required consent control are in place. Consent may be withdrawn as easily as it is given.
4. Hosting and third parties
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security signals, to deliver and protect the website. If a provider sets or reads browser storage, we will classify it here and, where required, seek consent before use.
5. Your controls
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage through browser settings. Clearing scripturehub-language resets the website to English. Blocking storage may prevent the language choice or another requested feature from persisting, but the core public pages should remain available.
